You become the owner once the recorded deed transfer is complete.

1.) Sign & notarize the contract I send you, send (mail) it to me

2.) Then I transfer the title of the deed by sending it to the county, and notify the Resort that you are the new owner. I complete this step within 1 month. I also offer a cooling off period: 10 day (right of rescission). It requires that you send a signed letter to me to bow out. It must be postmarked within the 10 days of purchase.

You then take care of the yearly maintenance fee beginning 01/01/2010 or 2011.

There are no known assessments. If any occur after the purchase, they are the paid by you as the new owner.

Call the resort to schedule your week. Since these are floating weeks, you get to choose the weeks you vacation. Be sure to call early so that you have more of a variety of weeks to choose from.

As the new owner, you have VIP status and membership in the home owners association. You now become a voting member of the HOA (Home Owners Association) automatically. Be sure to keep in touch with the resort to learn of any special events or offers.
